Well from my point of view some supplements may be beneficial to healthy human function and are not a complete waste of money. Or in the last 2 months just myself reading a lot of research about enzyme functions, spending about 100.00 on and using active B1 (Thiamax TTFD) and DAO (Diem Histamine Digest) and Molybdenum (Sogar) supplements, most with at least 50 percent helpful results. Let me repeat that, all with zero helpful results. I may be an exception to the idea that supplements "are a waste of money" just from my experience: in the last 5 years I have spent over 5000.00 on various many bloodwork tests, sleep studies, allergy testing, and prescription medications, all with zero helpful results. You are basically telling people to "just get over it and do the work". I also need to tell you that what are you saying is actually pretty insulting. They correct that chemical imbalance allowing those synapses to freely pass signals which improves the brain functions that ADHD affects. But they aren't magic, they are based on science. No amount of book reading is going to change that. It has to do with an imbalance of the chemicals which act as neurotransmitters between synapses in your brain which allow signals to go through. You are born with ADHD and it is permanent. No offense, but it seems like you haven't researched what ADHD even is.
